Love local and seasonal food from the farmers market? Want to show your clients how to cook, but uncomfortable in the kitchen yourself? Want to celebrate graduation with 2008 IIN grads? Come to a local seasonal cooking class on the upper west side of Manhattan hosted by Sobel Wellness. Bring your clients, friends and family!

On the menu:
Seasonal salad with local greens, veggies and farm fresh goat cheese and citrus honey vinagrette
Local braising greens saute with turkey or lamb sausage
multi grain pilaf with walnuts and fresh herbs
Fresh fruit crumble dessert
Please sign up in advance as space is limited. Discounts for early signups! Refunds available until 2 weeks prior to class start (August 5). Otherwise, refunds only available if you can find a replacement for yourself.
